1. Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of VerseLife, a web-based Bible study application operated by Evolux LLC Company.

By purchasing or using VerseLife, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product

VerseLife provides digital educational content focused on Bible study and applying the teachings of Scripture to everyday life.

Topics may include faith, personal growth, marriage, parenting, relationships, emotional well-being, work, gratitude, and related subjects.

3. Purchase and Payment

VerseLife is sold as a one-time purchase. The price, currency, included features, and purchase terms are displayed at checkout.

The purchase does not create a recurring subscription or authorize automatic renewal charges.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

After payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address provided at checkout containing the access link, username, and password.

The access period begins on the purchase date and lasts 12 months.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and keeping their credentials secure. If access details are not received or do not work, contact us at support@evoluxllc.site.

5. Content Updates

New Bible studies are added weekly. Available content may evolve during the access period.

A 12-month purchase does not provide lifetime access.

6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

VerseLife provides educational biblical content for religious study and personal reflection. It does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or professional counseling.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the VerseLife application, brand, design, and original educational materials belong to Evolux LLC or are used under license and are protected by applicable law.

Customers may use the purchased product for personal, noncommercial purposes during the access period. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited, except where permitted by law or with written authorization.

Bible translations and third-party materials remain subject to their respective copyrights and license terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the application’s operation, misuse login credentials, or unlawfully reproduce or distribute protected materials.

9. Refunds

Customers may request a refund for any reason within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

10. Availability and Changes

We may perform maintenance or updates to improve the application’s functionality, security, or content. This section does not eliminate customers’ acquired rights or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Evolux LLC will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Privacy

The collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
